About the Book
Transformation has a measurement problem.
Organizations spend enormous amounts of money on transformation and then ask whether the investment produced an acceptable ROI. That question often misses the value transformation was supposed to create in the first place.
What capacity did the change return to the organization, and what can the organization now do that it couldn't do before?
The ROI Lie gives leaders practical ways to understand whether transformation is strengthening the organization's capacity to operate, control, compete, and grow.
